Delivery & Returns Policy

1. Delivery Timeframe

• Inside Dhaka: Orders are usually delivered within 3–4 working days.
• Outside Dhaka: Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days.

Delivery timelines are based on normal conditions. In case of bad weather, public holidays, courier delays, or other unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, delivery may take longer. We kindly request your patience and understanding in such situations.

2. Delivery Charges & Customer Responsibilities

• If a customer places an order but refuses to receive it at the time of delivery, the customer must pay the return delivery charge.
• If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, the customer will be responsible for both the original delivery charge and any additional re-delivery charges.

3. Order Cancellation & Product Checking

• Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, cancellation will not be allowed.
• Customers are requested to check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.
