Return Policy
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: intimate apparel, swimwear, earrings, gift cards, downloadable products, and personal care items. Sale or clearance items are final sale unless otherwise stated.
3. Condition Requirements
All returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
For exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures fastest processing. Contact us via the contact page if you need assistance with sizing or alternatives.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
